旱盐互作对冬小麦幼苗生长及其抗逆生理特性的影响 被引量:48

Interactive effects of drought and salt stresses on winter wheat seedlings growth and physiological characteristics of stress-resistance

摘要 采用水培方法,以不同浓度的PEG-6000(0、8.3%、12.6%(W/V))和NaCl(0、25、50mmol·L-1)溶液模拟不同程度的干旱胁迫及盐胁迫,研究了盐分对干旱胁迫条件下冬小麦沧-6001幼苗生长及其抗逆生理特性的影响.结果表明:在8.3%或12.6%PEG-6000处理条件下,添加25mmol·L-1NaCl均使植株干物质积累和植株含水量比单一PEG处理增加,同时叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,丙二醛和脯氨酸含量下降,植株各部位Na+含量升高、K+含量下降;在12.6%PEG-6000处理条件下,添加50mmol·L-1NaCl对植株的胁迫效应高于单一PEG处理.表明在干旱胁迫条件下,加入适量盐分可缓解干旱胁迫对冬小麦幼苗生长的抑制. In a hydroponic culture, different concentrations of PEG-6000 (0, 8.3%, and 12.6%, W/V) and NaCl (0, 25, and 50 mmol·L^-1 ) were added to simulate different degrees of drought and salt stresses, aimed to study their interactive effects on the winter wheat (cv. Cang-6001 ) seedlings growth and physiological characteristics of stress-resistance. The results showed that under the conditions of adding 8.3% and 12. 6% of PEG-6000, the addition of 25 mmol NaCl· L^-1 increased the dry matter accumulation and water content in plant, the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaf and the Na^+ content in shoot and contents in leaf and the K^+ content in shoot and root, 12.6% of PEG-6000 and 50 mmol·L^-1 of NaCl more NaCl added. It was viate the deleterious root, while decreased the MDA and proline compared with no NaCl addition. Adding inhibited plant growth suggested that under drought stress, applying definite amount effects of drought stress on winter wheat seedlings growth.
