大学生男女群体学业成绩差异研究

A Research on Academic Differences between Male and Female Community in college

近年来大学生男女群体学业成绩差异问题受到学者们的广泛关注。本文首先设计了测度指标用以测度男女学生群体学业成绩差异,检测结果显示指标较好地反映了学业成绩差异情况;然后实证了学习时间与学业成绩的正相关关系,并发现男女学生学习时间的不同。在此基础上建立并实证了学习时间影响因素模型,结果显示:高中学习习惯的保持程度、学生对学业重要性的判断、学生对课程安排的满意程度、寝室学风和学生对电脑的兴趣是主要的影响因素。通过分析男女大学生在各影响因素上的分值表现不同解释男女群体学业成绩差异现象。

The issue of sexual difference of undergraduate study achievement gets widely concern of academicians, we develop a index to measure the difference of study achievement, and have used the index to analysis a case in management field,the results show the difference well.This paper empirically analyzes the positive relationship between study time and study achievement, and finds further that there is difference between boys＇ and girls＇ study time.This study develop a factor mode to analyze the factors that affect study time,and empirically analyze those factors.We find main factors as following： consistency of study habit, importance judgment of study, satisfaction of curriculum, dorm＇s style of study and interest with computer. We explain the phenomenon of sexual difference of undergraduate study achievement through comparing the scores boys and girls get respectively on each factor.
