摘要 基片集成波导(SIW)是近年内出现的一种新型微波传输结构,它综合了矩形波导和微带线的一系列优点。然而,该技术的一个非常重要的问题之一就是它与其它形式的传输线之间的过渡问题。这个过渡问题以前已由全波优化法得到,本文涉及的是等效电路结合仿真软件的方法。文章的目的是介绍和分析基片集成波导和微带线之间的转换设计,以便于SIW的连接和测试工作。 Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is a new kind of microwave transmission line in these years.It borrows the advantages of both the rectangular waveguide and microstrip.However,one of the most important problems in studying SIW is the tansition of SIW with other types of transmission lines. This kind of transition have previously been analyzed using full-wave optimization method. Equivalent circuits method combined with emulation techniques is presented in this paper.The purpose of this paper is to introduce and analyze the transition design of SIW to microstrips,so that it can be attached and measured.
