文中介绍了表面组装工艺系统可靠性的概念,提出了相应的可靠性评价指标,并对表面组装工艺质量信息的处理方法和可靠性指标的计算方法进行了讨论。
This paper introduces the concept of the reliability of surface mount technological system, brings forward related estimate rule, discusses computing means to the rule and process means to surface mount technology quality information.
