摘要
论文以ISO9000标准提出的8项管理原则的第一条-以顾客为关注的焦点为出发点,论述了如何关注顾客和顾客关注的内涵,以及两个关注之间的联系,从而在实践中真正做到以顾客为关注的焦点。
According to the starting point in first bar about 8 management principles proposed in ISO9000 standard-attention on buyer and buyer's attention, the paper discusses the intension about how attention on buyer and buyer's attention and the relation between two types of attention ,and so in practice the central issue on attention on buyer is realized really.
