摘要
对超临界CO2流体萃取刺玫果籽油的工艺进行研究,得出最佳萃取参数为:萃取温度45℃,萃取压力25MPa,萃取时间3.5h,粉碎度50目,投料量300.0g。在此参数下,刺玫果籽油的萃取率为97.79%。同时,对它的抗氧化作用研究。结果表明,添加0.20%的刺玫果籽油对大豆一级油有一定的抗氧化作用。
The supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology of rosa davurica pall seed oil were studied. Determine the optimum extraction parameter: extraction temperature 45℃, extraction pressure 25 MPa, extraction time 3.5 h, grinding granularity 50 meshes, material weights 300.0 g. Follow the parameters, the extratoin ratio of rosa davurica pall seed oil was 98.09%. Moreover, studied on the antioxidation capability. Results showed that 0.20% rosa davurica Pall seed oil was added in lst-class soybean oil possessed antioxidation capability.
