摘要
畜禽舍的有害气体是畜禽舍环境控制的第一要素,它的控制效果对于畜禽舍的环境控制有决定性的意义。根据畜禽舍的环境控制的要求,应用单片机技术设计了畜禽舍有害气体控制系统,该系统采用PIC18F2580芯片,只读存储器、逻辑单元和模/数转换电路与数/模转换电路。在控制软件的支持下,CPU对外围电路进行控制,实现了对畜禽舍有害气体的控制,有良好的适应性。实践表明,系统基本稳定,工作正常,使用本系统后二氧化碳的浓度较使用前平均下降了85.1ppm,测量的误差保持在±3%,基本达到了控制的要求,大大提高了畜禽养殖中环境调节的自动化程度,有较高的推广价值。
The harmful gas is the first element of environmental control in poultry housing. It has a decisive significance in poultry housing for the environmental control. According to control request in the poultry housing environment, the monolithic integrated circuit technology is used to design poultry housing harmful gases humidity control system. This system has used the chip of PIC18F2580, ROM, logical unit and A/D and D/A converters. Under control software' s support, CPU carries on the control to the peripheral circuit and realizes temperature and the humidity control. The practice shows that the system has higher stability and reliability, af- ter using the system, the concentration of carbon dioxide declines 85.1 ppm, the measurement accuracy up to ± 3 %, and meets the reqirements of the control, and the system improves the degree of automation of the environmental regulation in the livestock and poultry breeding. So it can be promoted.
