基于1553B总线的无人机数字平台设计

摘要 针对现有飞控系统各个分系统之间通信主要是模拟量,干扰比较大、可靠性比较低的问题,按照高性能和小型化的要求,基于1553B总线介绍了以BU-61580和FPGA为架构的高速航空电子通信接口的设计方法,实现了航空设备之间的高速可靠数据传输,并能提供各种通信接口,具有上电自动配置和可重构等功能。外围还扩展了高精度的模数转换器和串行通信接口,使系统具有较丰富的硬件资源。测试结果表明,所设计的数据平台能进行大批量数据的解算和可靠的接口通信。整个系统体积小、重量轻、成本低,比较适用于小型无人机。 To solve the problem of serious interference and low reliability because of the signal transferred is analog, and in order to meet the needs of high performance and miniaturization, a method to design a kind of electronic communication interface based on bus 1553B is introduced, which uses BU-61580 and FPGA. as a frame. It also can realize the high speed and safe data transaction, and supply a series of communication interfaces. This system can be configured on power up automatically, and can be restructured. The system includes the high accurate AD converter and serial interface, test results show that this platform can process large making the system has abundant hardware resource. The quantities of data and realize communication reliably. This system has the characteristics of small volume, little weight and low cost, and fits with minitype UAV.
