摘要
以丁二酸和乙二醇为原料,直接熔融聚合,制备了高相对分子量的聚丁二酸乙二醇酯(PES)。用FT-IR,1H-NMR表征其结构;考察了不同聚酯反应催化剂对其聚合反应的影响,结果表明,三氧化二锑的催化效果最佳。同时利用GPC,DSC,TG,X射线衍射,酶降解等方法对聚合物进行表征,结果表明,PES是一种可生物降解的结晶性聚合物,具有良好的热学性能。
High molecule mass poly(ethylene succinate)(PES) was synthesized by two-stage melt polycondensation of succinic acid and ethylene glycol. The structure of PES was characterized by FT-IR and IH-NMR. The effect of different ordinary catalysts on polycondensation of PES was investigated, and the results indicated the optimum catalyst is antimony trioxide (Sb203). The PES obtained is characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The biodegradability of PES obtained was estimated by enzymatic degradation experiments. The results show that PES is a kind of biodegradable polymer, with high crystallinity and good thermal properties.
