摘要
以2,2,-偶氮二[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-代)丙烷]二氢氯化物(VA-044)和过硫酸钾(KPS)、甲醛合次亚硫酸氢钠(SFS)为复合引发剂,采用烯丙基聚醚类反应性乳化剂,低温下合成了高硅含量的硅-丙乳液。系统探讨了乳化剂种类、VA-044用量、有机硅用量等因素对聚合体系稳定性的影响,并借助透射电镜(TEM)、粒度分布仪等分析了乳胶粒形貌、粒径分布。结果表明,使用反应性乳化剂,VA-044用量为1500 mg/kg,有机硅用量为10%时聚合体系的稳定性最佳;乳胶粒呈明显的核/壳结构,且粒径分布较窄。
The stable silicon-acralyte latex was synthesized at low temperature with 2,2-azobis[2-(2-imidazolin-2- yl) propane) dihydrochloride (VA-044) and potassium persulphate (KPS), sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate (SFS) as composite initiator in the presence of reactive surfactant prepared by oneself. Influences of surfactant kinds, dosage of VA-044 and organicsilicon on stability were discussed in details. The morphologies, particle size distribution and high- temperature stability of latex were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), particle size analyzer and thermogravimetric anaglyzer (TGA) respectively. The results show that using reactive surfactant, the stable silicon-acralyte latex is synthesized when the dosage of VA-044 is 1500 mg/kg, organicsilicon content is 10% ; the synthetic latex has disdinct core/shell structure and narrow size distribution.
