煤层开采自燃危险性预先分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 在现场实际调研和理论分析的基础上,从安全系统工程的角度,提出煤层开采自燃危险性预先分析概念和基本框架,认为煤自燃倾向性、煤层厚度、倾角、煤的坚固性系数、采煤工作面(U型)供风量、采煤率、推进度7个指标是构成衡量煤层开采自燃危险性的一组有效指标。自燃危险性预先分析过程由计算机实现简单而实用。该方法可在矿井设计阶段(或生产时期)对煤层开采的自燃危险性程度进行预先分析和评估,初步的应用表明,本方法具有一定的实用性。 Based on actual investigation to mine and theory analysis, a concept and its frame have been advanced about prior analysis of spontaneous combustion risk in mining of seam from a angel of Safety System Engineering. Authors pointed out that proneness of spontaneous combustion of coal, thickness and angle of coal seam, coal quantity lost at working face, air quantity and advancement speed of working face are formed a group of efficient target for measuring spontaneous combustion risk in mining of coal seam. Using computer makes the process of the subsequent analysis easy and applicable. This method can be used to appraise and analyze the spontaneous combustion risk in mining of coal seam that the seven affection factors are know in the period of coal mine design (or production). The preliminary application indicated that method is practicable.
