对炭纤维微孔尺寸测量结果不一致性的分析探讨 被引量:4

摘要 采用X射线小角散射方法,应用D/max2550型衍射仪,测量了国产高强炭纤维中的微孔为非单一尺寸散射体系,以及实验时选择不同的散射角范围,计算微孔尺寸时采用不同的微孔形状模型等因素,是导致不同实验者测得的微孔尺寸结果一致性不好的主要原因。 Using D/max 2550 X-ray Diffractometer, the homemade carbon fiber with high strength was studied, by small angle X-ray scattering method. It can be affirmed that the microporous in the homemade carbon fiber is a inhomogeneous scattering system. The results show that the factors of the scattering angle and the microporous shape model employed, result in the bad consistency, when different experimenters did the simulations. In this article, we proposed that a single size of the microporous in the carbon fiber, and the scope should be given. At the same time, the scattering angle and the microporous shape model should be pointed out. This will help obtain accurate micropore size measurement results, also help to experimenters and peer understanding.
