摘要
以填充纳米二氧化硅改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)渗透汽化膜对丙二醇单甲醚/水的混合体系进行汽化分离研究,结果表明,用于分离质量分数为0.5%~10%丙二醇甲醚/水溶液,103甲基室温嵌段硫化硅橡胶(103-PDMS)膜比107室温硫化硅橡胶(107-PDMS)膜分离性能好,通量增加一倍,分离系数也有所提高。随着SiO2添加量的增加,分离因子先增加后降低,通量单调增加,分离因子最大可达到16.88,对应通量为45.55g/m^2·h。纳米二氧化硅填充量为1.2‰相对于PDMS质量分数时,分离效果最好。
Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membranes filled with nano-silica were prepared for pervaporative removal of propylene glycol monomethyl ether from water. The results show that, compared with 107 PDMS membrane, 103 PDMS membrane has good separation performance for the separation mass fraction of 0.5 % - 10 % propylene glycol ether/water solution, flux doubled and separation factor also has been increased. With the addition of silica increased, separation factor is increasing and then decreasing and flux monotone increase, and the largest separation factor may reach 16.88, and flus is 45.55 g/m^2· h. When nano-silica filler content is 1.2% (relative to the quality scores of PDMS), the separation has the best results.
