快速成型制造模具的集成技术 被引量:2

INTEGRATED TECHNIQUE OF MANUFACTURING MOLDS USING RAPID PROTOTYPING TECHNIQUE

摘要 传统的模具制造方法效率低,成本高,周期长,激光快速成型(RP)技术的出现,为模具的制造创造了新的思路。然而,到目前为止,RP技术仅限于制造树脂模具,还不能直接制造钢及其它材料的模具。本文将首先简单介绍激光快速成型和整体石墨电极研磨机的工作原理,详细叙述利用RP技术配合整体石墨电极研磨机制造钢模具的集成技术,初步研究快速制造模具的集成技术的精度问题,用此技术制造模具精度高,速度快,成本低,是一种行之有效、有现实意义的模具制造技术。 The fraditional methods of manufacturing molds is lowefficiency,highcosts, and longperiod. The rapid prototyping (RP) technique provides a new manner for molds manufacturing. Up to now, RP technique is only used to make resin molds. This paper simply introduces the principle of Laser Rapid Prototyping Tool(LRPT) and Integral Graphite Electrodes Abrading Tool(IGAT), states in detail the integrated technique of molds manufacturing using RP and IGAT, and researches initially the precision of the integrated technique for rapidmoldsmanufacture. This technique is an effective and practical significant method of molds manufacture.
