摘要
通过试验论述了4Cr13马氏体不锈钢制造弹簧经淬火深冷处理回火后组织与性能的关系。试验结果与现场使用表明;该不锈钢弹簧的热处理工艺应将淬火温度由常规的1020~1050℃提高到1100℃,使其组织中具有一定量的板条马氏体及残余奥低体,再经液态氮(-196℃)深冷处理,和经350℃回火,提高了弹簧的强韧性,使弹簧的使用寿命提高。
The relationship between the mechanical properties and microstructure of the springs made of 4Cr 13 stainless steel after quenching and deep freeze treatment has been explained by experiment. The testing results and application in worksite have shouwn that lath martensite and little remained autensite existed in the steel springs after quenching at temperature of 1 100 ℃ instead of 1 020~1 050 ℃ ,and the strength ,toughness, and worklife of the springs have been increased after -196 ℃ deep freeze treatment in liguid nitron and 350 ℃ tempering after guenching.
