摘要
使用高掺混比甲醇汽油为燃料,通过台架试验,研究不同掺混比例对车用发动机油耗以及尾气排放的影响,同时探讨了对未燃甲醇和甲醛的排放量与负荷的关系.结果表明:使用高掺混比甲醇汽油,有利于降低HC、CO的排放,但对NOx的排放影响不大;在3种混合比例不同的甲醇汽油中,甲醇的质量分数为30%的汽油燃料(M30)能使发动机获得较优越的经济性能.
The engine performance and emissions are researched. The emissions of methanol and formaldehyde vary with the load alteration. Compared with the pure gasoline, high ratio Methanol-Gasoline shows higher thermal efficiency while giving the same power. Under all operating conditions, High Ratio Methanol-Gasoline engine reduces HC and CO emissions, but has no effect on NOx emission. M30 shows the lowest fuel consumption, when compared with the other ratio of methanol-gasoline.
