摘要
目的:观察重型颅脑损伤后低血钠的发生率,探讨其发生机制及诊断与治疗。方法:对314例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行分析,凡连续2次血钠<135mmol/L者纳入研究范围,血钠≤120mmol/L为重症低血钠,结合文献进行探讨。结果:重型颅脑损伤后低血钠发生率为21.7%,发生低血钠者死亡率为41.2%。结论:重型颅脑损伤后并发低钠血症的发病率较高,虽然低血钠易纠正,但并发低血钠者,尤其是重症低血钠死亡率高,应引起临床重视。
Objective:To investigate the incidence rate of hyponatremia after serious craniocerebral injury and to probe into its generative mechanism as well diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinic data of 314 patients with serious craniocerebral injury were analyzed,every patient with hyponatremia 〈135mmol/L was brought into the investigation,and who with hyponatremia 〈120 mmol/L was determined as serious hyponatremia and these were discussed on the base of combining the literatures.Results:The incidence rate of hyponatremia after serious craniocerebral injury was 21.7%,the mortality rate of hyponatremia incidences was 41.2%.Conclusion:The incidence of serious craniocerebral injury combining with hyponatremia was much higher.The lower hyponatremia was tended to be put right,however,for the patients who were combined with hyponatremia,especially for those who were with serious hyponatremia incidences,the mortality rate of was high.Such should be regarded clinically.
