NP时辰化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察及护理

CHRONOLOGICAL CHEMOTHERAPY FOR NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

目的对比观察NP方案时辰化疗与常规化疗的疗效及不良反应的护理。方法对72例非小细胞肺癌患者,用抽签法随机分为时辰化疗组(38例)及常规化疗组(34例),两组患者的治疗时间不同,但用药剂量及化疗周期相同,并对患者的睡眠、饮食等各方面给予护理。结果完全缓解率及总缓解率时辰化疗组分别为18.4%(7/38)及57.9%(22/38),常规化疗组分别为2.9%(1/34)及32.3%(11/34),两组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅱ度以上的白细胞毒性、消化道反应的发生率时辰化疗组分别为15.8%(6/38)、23.7%(9/38),常规化疗组分别为52.9%(18/34)、67.6%(23/34),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论用NP方案时辰化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效高、不良反应小,明显优于常规化疗,且费用低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the curative effects and side effects of the NP chronological chemotherapy with those of routine chemotherapy. Methods Seventy- two patients with non- small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into the chronological chemotherapy group（ 38 cases） and the routine chemotherapy group（ 34 cases）. The administration and the dosage were same for both groups. But the time of the treatment was different. Results The complete remission rate and the total response rate were 18.4% （7/38） and 57.9% （22/38） in the chronological chemotherapy group, and 2.9 % （1/34） and 32.3 % （11/34） in the routine chemotherapy group respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Side effects were as follows： the rates of toxicity of bone marrow above the Stage Ⅱ,and digestive tract reaction rates were 15.8% （6/ 38） and 23.7 % （9/38） in the chronological chemotherapy group, and 52.9 % （18/34） and 67.6 % （23/34） in the routine chemotherapy group. There were significant differences between the two groups, （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion For non - small cell lung cancer, chronological chemotherapy with NP has a high curative effect and low side effects.
