This paper presents the development of intelligent monitoring and eontroling system of smart residence,which integrates safe contol and energy measuring , such as water, electricity and resource etc. It can copy many kinds of electronic volume readouts, monitor various kinds of on - the - spot states and control on - the - spotequipment in long range in housing group. It can provide lower costs,working higher dependability, better interface and outstanding capability/price Ratio.
