摘要
对某健身中心参加体育运动的40名人员进行了运动损伤调查。常见的损伤部位为踝、膝、足、腰、肩、背,主要损伤种类为关节损伤、肌肉拉伤。发生损伤主要为准备活动不充分、过度疲劳和技术动作不准确等原因。文章针对以上特点进行了分析,并提出了预防损伤的建议。
By the damage investigation of 40 bodybuilding amateurs in Shenyang Physical Education Institute systemically, found that the wound formation rate is 62.5%, the common damage spot is the wrist, the knee, the foot, the ankle, the lumbar spine, the back, the chest and the shoulder. Several kinds of the damage types are articular ligament injuries, the muscle injury, the contusions. The main reasons of the damage are the question to the technical movement, the warming - up activities not to be adequate and the location equipment. According to the characteristic, the paper has analyzed its reason,and put forward to the suggestion of injury prevention.
