摘要
针对基于视觉的机械钻孔中的定位问题,建立靶标图像的仿射模型和网格模型,对畸变图像进行整体和分区细化两种校正分析,实验结果显示:在靶标精确的情况下,仿真加工的校正误差不会超过0.1mm.
Aiming at location of mechanical drilling in machine vision, the affine model and the mesh model of the target image are established, then the whole and separated adjustment of the distorted image is performed. The experimental results demonstrate that the adjusting error of simulating processing would not surpass 0. 1 mm if targets were accurate.
