化学自用水率偏高的原因及对策

摘要 分析了京能热电化学水处理系统自用水偏高的原因,对各水处理设备进行了调试,努力降低水处理设备的自用水率,并加强运行指标的调整和控制,维持在自用水率低的工况下运行,同时也降低了化学水处理药剂的消耗,减少了酸碱对环境的污染,具有很好的社会和经济效益。 This paper analyses the causes of high consumption rate of self-using water for chemistry water treatment system of Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co. Ltd. , The water treatment devices were adjusted so as to reduce the self-using water ratie of water treatment equipment. Through adjustment and control of operating indexes, the water treatment system is maintaining low consumption rate of self-using water, meanwhile the chemicals added is reduced. It also reduced the impact of acid and alkaline on environment. It brought about good social and economic benefit.
