Experimental Teaching and Management Enhancement for Talents Cultivation with High Qualities

实践教学是高职教学过程的重要环节,是培养学生专业技能、提高学生动手操作能力的重要手段。本文以陕西工业职业技术学院实践教学管理为实例,从加强实践教学条件建设、规范管理、制度建设等方面入手,围绕如何提高学生的实践能力、培养高素质技能型人才,进行了初步探索。

Experimental teaching proves the critical segment of vocational teaching process, the paramount means of improving students＇ operative competency. The essay conducted brief exploration on how to promote students＇ practical competency, nourish talents with excellent qualities via enhancing practical and experimental condition construction, standardizing management and system construction based on Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute＇ s practical and experimental management.
