摘要
企业战略文化建设资源培训要想行之有效,必须从企业自身实际出发,结合企业的文化发展战略和发展愿景,制订可行的员工培训。通过分析企业文化在战略培训中发挥的重要意义,提出企业文化可为企业发展战略培训提供价值导向、智力支持、精神动力、舆论引导和文化支撑。
The effectiveness of strategic cultural building should start from reality, combine with corporate development strategies and longer term development, and make plans for viable staff training. Through analyzing the significance of corporate culture in strategic training, the author proposed the corporate culture could provide value guidance, intelligence support, media guidance, and cultural support for corporate development strategic training.
