摘要
分析了影响刚性井筒装备与提升容器相互作用的因素,建立了立井刚性井筒装备与提升容器相互作用模拟试验系统.依据模拟试验结果提出了二者相互作用产生的水平冲击荷载即水平力的四大特性和适用于深及中深立井水平力3参数的计算公式.得出水平力的主要影响因素为提升速度、提升终端荷载和罐梁层间距,水平力冲击作用影响装备结构应力变化范围为5~7层罐梁等主要结论.
The factors of interaction between rigid shaft equipment and hoisting vessel were analyzed.The system of simulation test of interaction between rigid shaft equipment and hoisting vessel was set up.Based on test result,horizontal force four characteristics and the formula for calculating three parameters of horizontal force suitable for deep and medium deep vertical shaft were put forward. The main influence factors of horizontal force are hoisting speed, hoisting end load and space between two buntons, and stress variance range of equipment structure affected by horizontal force is 5~7 storeyed buntons.
