摘要
采用无烟煤添加合适比例的3种粘结剂,研制成高强度、高密度、低气孔率的优质型焦.探讨了无烟煤与粘结剂的作用机理,表明炼焦原料的高密度是粘结剂与无烟煤粒紧密粘结成焦的主要原因之一;型焦质量指标之间存在线性相关关系,随视密度的增加,强度增加,气孔率下降.
A good quality formed coke with high strength, high density and low porosity was made from anthracite by adding three kinds of binders in a suitable proportions. The active mechanism between anthracite and binders was studied. It showed that one of the main reasons of producing a high density formed coke was the close adhesion between the binders and anthracite particles. There exists a linear correlation among the formed coke quality indexes. The strength of the formed coke increases with the increase of apparent density, and decrease of porosity.
