外来民工在子女住院期间的心理健康问题调查及对策

Investigate on mental health problem of outside rural labors during hospitalization of their children and strageties

目的了解外来民工在子女住院期间的心理健康问题及对策。方法采用症状自评量表和自编问卷对120位民工进行调查。结果外来民工在子女住院期间,躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、紧张等因子分明显高于国内常模,人际关系因子分明显低于国内常模,偏执、精神病性因子分与常模相比无明显差异。结论外来民工在子女住院期间心理问题较多,需针对性实施心理护理。

Objective To study the mental health problem of outside rural labor during hospitalization of their children and strategies. Method Investigate 120 outside rural labors with hospitalized children by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and self-designed questionnaire. Result The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear and tension of outside rural labor during hospitalization of their children are obviously higher than national norm. The score of interpersonal relationship is obviously lower than national norm. There is no obvious difference between paranoid ideation, psychotic factors and norm. Conclusion There are many psychological problems among outside rural labor during hospitalization of their children. Corresponding nursing care should be given.
