摘要
绩效管理已经成为世界大多数公司战略管理的有效工具,一段时间里,绩效管理也曾受到国内企业"趋之若鹜"式的追捧。然而,引入绩效管理后实际效果并不尽如人意。本文阐述了我国企业人力资源绩效管理存在的问题并对其进行了原因分析。
The performance management has become the world' s most strategic and effective management tool for some time, the performance management of domestic enterprises have been "rush" of hot pursuit, however, the introduction of performance management, and the results are satisfactory..
