稳定我国大蒜生产效益的主要途径

Main Ways of Stabilizing Garlic Productivity Effect in China

对我国近年来大蒜的生产和销售情况、大蒜的出口数量和金额、批发市场大蒜平均参考价格,以及大蒜经营者的收益情况变化进行了总结与回顾,提出了今后稳定我国大蒜生产效益的主要途径:一是稳定大蒜种植面积,防止"蒜多伤农";二是强化大蒜加工转化,特别是产地大蒜的精深加工能力。分析了大蒜主要加工品的生产前景。

In this paper, a retrospective study was done about the garlic production, sales situation, exportation amount, average price of wholesale market and the change of managers＇ incoming in our country in recent years. At the same time it put forward two main ways for stablizing garlic production benefit. One is leveling off the garlic planting area which prevent bad infulence result from too many garlics. The other one is strengthening the processing and transformation especially the deep processing ability of garlic in the producing area and analysing prospect of the main garlic processing products.
