摘要
本文探讨了水杨氧肟酸对某厂湿式磁选尾矿钨锡细泥中锡的浮选性能,分析了其用量、矿浆pH值、作用时间以及磷酸三丁酯的协同作用对水杨氧肟酸浮锡的影响。结果表明,在弱碱性介质中,水杨氧肟酸对锡具有较强的捕收作用,可使该钨锡细泥中的锡粗选回收率达75.83%。
The floatability of cassiterite in tungsten-tin slime of wet magnetic separation tailing from a mineral separation plant has been studied in this paper. The effect of reagent dosage,pulp pH,reaction time and synergistic effect of TBP on floatability of tin using salicyl hydroxamic acid has been discussed. The results shown that salicyl hydroxamic acid has high collecting ability in low alkaline media and higher recovery (75. 83%) of tin in tungsten-tin slime can be obtained.
