摘要
丙二酸二乙酯是重要的有机合成中间体,广泛应用于医药、染料和香料等工业。与其他合成方法比较,催化羰基化法具有反应步骤少、收率高、绿色环保等优势,有着广阔的工业化前景。对羰基化法合成丙二酸二乙酯催化剂的研究进展进行了综述,讨论了各种催化体系的催化机理。
Diethyl malonate is an important organic synthetic intermediate which is widely used in the production of pharmaceutical, colorants and spicery. In the recent years, the novel catalyzed carbonylation method exhibited less reactive steps and higher yield as well as environmental benignancy. Therefore, carbonylation route will be a promising method in industrial application. In this work the research advances in catalysts used in the synthesis of diethyl malonate by carbonylation are reviewed, and the mechanism of catalytic system is discussed.
