摘要
水洗法和利用去石机法均可降低活性炭漂浮率。对两种不同工艺条件下所得部分实验数据进行对比,得出结论,利用去石机的工作原理降低活性炭漂浮率可以避免水资源浪费,且利用去石机去漂后的效果可以达到客户要求,减少了水洗后所增加的烘干工序,使相应的生产成本和工人劳动强度大大降低。
The floating rate of actived carbon can be reduced by using washing and stoning machine. Based on their test dates, the result show that using stoning machine to reduce the floating rate of activated carbon can avoid consumption of water, and reduce the drying. Meanwile, the production cost and the worker' s labor intensity can be reduced. The effect is good.
