护理本科生就业期望的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Employment Expectation of Nursing Undergraduates

目的探讨新就业形势下护理本科毕业生的就业期望。方法采用质性研究现象学方法的半结构访谈方式对7名处于择业期的护理本科生进行访谈,对访谈资料录音后进行整理分析结果。结果护理本科生就业期望适中,主要看重今后发展空间,并且已经做好就业的心理准备。结论护理本科生就业时呈现出与以往不同的心理状态,护理院校应加强就业指导,提高护理本科生的就业质量。

Objective To explore the employment expectation of the nursing undergraduates in the new employment situation. Methods Seven nursing undergraduates in employment seeking stage were interviewed with semi-structural conversation, a phenomenology method of qualitative research. The conversation content was recorded and analyzed accordingly. Results In view of the employment expectation of nursing undergraduates, the students attached more importance to the space for the further development and made their preparation for the employment. Conclusion The psychology of nursing undergraduates was different from before in employment seeking stage. Nursing colleges should strengthen the guidance for employment to improve the employ- ment quality.
