摘要
通过多因素正交试验,对比分析了常规热处理工艺与LTMT工艺所生产的硅青铜挡块性能上的差异,得出了LTMT工艺为较佳生产工艺,并分析研究了LTMT工艺参数对材料性能的影响规律,得出最佳工艺为:淬火温度900~950℃,保温时间0.5~1h,变形程度50%~70%,时效温度450~500℃,时效时间3~5h.
おhrough orthogonal tests,the different effects of ordinary heat treatment process and LTMT process on the property of damblock material of silicon bronze were described in this paper.As a result,the LTMT process was proved to be feasible.The optimum parameters of this process were obtained.They were:solid solution temperature 900~950 ℃,solid solution time 05~1 h,deformation ratio 50%~70%, aging temperature 450~500 ℃,aging time 3~5 h.
