摘要
目的探讨稳定儿科护理队伍,减少护士流失的管理方法。方法改革奖金分配方案;运用输液新技术;充分使用医疗仪器;弹性排班,错时上下班,自选工作岗位;人文关怀,创造科室良好的氛围;注重年轻护士的早期培养;正确对待想"跳槽"的护士。结果护士的离职率降低,连续2个年度被评为院"温馨护理服务示范病区"。结论行之有效的管理方法有利于留住护理人才,稳定护理队伍,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate solutions for stabilizing pediatrics nursing troop and reducing the talents drainage. Methods The pediatrics nursing troop was retained and stabilized by reforming bonus assignment, using new infuses technology, sufficient using of medical instruments, flexible shifts,staggered office hours,optional post,a pleasant working atmosphere constructed by the humanities concern,early cultivating of young nurses and proper treatment of those with job-hopping. Results The ward was rated "the warm nursing service demonstration ward" for two years considering the decreasing demission rate. Conclusion Effectively administered control plans favor retaining the nursing talents, stabilizing the nursing troop and improving the nursing quality.
