摘要
以4年生光皮树嫁接苗为材料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定同品系同龄的光皮树叶内4种内源激素生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA 3)、玉米核苷素(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)含量的动态变化,研究成花过程中叶片内源激素含量的变化与成花的关系.研究结果表明:在花芽分化时期,IAA、GA 3含量保持相对较低和稳定的水平,ABA含量高且变化幅度较大,ZR含量相对较低,但随着花的形成含量逐渐升高;因此,4种内源激素含量的动态变化影响光皮树的成花过程.碳水化合物含量的变化随着花芽分化而不断升高,并且高于花芽分化前期的水平,说明一定量碳水化合物的积累有利于花芽分化.
In order to find out the relationship between the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones and the flowering of Comus wilsonian, the paper made a measurement, by means of ELISA, of the dynamic variations of IAA, GA3, ZR and ABA contents from both flowering and non-flowering plants. Results show that during floral bud differentiation, IAA and GA3 are in a relatively steady, low level, ABA in a higher level with fluctuation, and ZR at first in a relatively low level and then increases gradually along with the development of flower; that the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones influence the flowering process; and that the change of carbohydrate contents increases along with the differentiation of flower buds and is bigger than that in the pre-differentiation period. This shows that the accumulation of a certain amount of carbohydrates is advantageous to the differentiation of flower buds.
