摘要
研究了聚氨酯水分散体及其胶膜的性质和结构特征,测定了分散质的粒径大小及分布、涂膜材料红外光谱(IR)及热行为(DSC)等特征.研究表明,合成体系为胶体分散状态,具有很好的稳定性,但胶膜耐水性、耐碱性有待提高;涂膜材料结构中存在着氢键行为和部分有序区域,并且聚氨酯的软、硬链段处于一定的微相分离状态.
おhe properties and structures of aqueous polyurethane dispersion were investigated in this paper. The result indicated that the dispersion was very stable and its film was not resistant to water or alkali. Based on the determination of particle size and distribution, and there existed characterization with IR and DSC, it was found that the dispersion was in a colloid system, and microphase separation between hard and soft segment of polyurethane and part order area of hard segment due to the presence of hydrogen bond and ionic bond in the film structure.
