摘要
目的了解广州市区级卫生监督工作人员的工作应激状态及相关影响因素,据此提出相应的预防干预措施。方法应用专用调查表,对广州市12个区的卫生监督所在编工作人员进行调查。结果在人际关系维度上,66.25%的人员处于高应激状态;在工作条件维度上,34.38%的人员处于正常应激状态;在工作兴趣维度上,72.5%的人员处于高应激状态。而应激总分中,则有55%的人员处于高应激状态。工作应激的相关因素涉及人口统计学变量和职业相关因素变量等多方面。结论通过合理配置卫生监督人力资源,加强卫生执法宣传,提供社会支持来缓解卫生监督工作人员的工作应激程度。
Objective To explore the status of woking stress of health supervisors in the district health inspection and supervision bureau in Guangzhou, and put forward improving suggestion. Methods Used by special questionnaire, we surveyed the workers in 12 districts health in-spection and supervision bureau in Guangzhou. Results 66.25% of the objects were with high work stress in the association. 34.38% of the objects were with high work stress in the working condition. 72.5% of the objects were with high work stress in the working interesting. 55% of them felt high work stress. The factors of work stress included demographic characteristics and career characteristics. Conclusion Reasonable collocation of the health supervision manpower, reinforcing the law propagandizing and providing social support can relaxes the work stress.
