摘要
目的掌握沈阳市食盐碘含量水平的动态变化,为碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法按《全国碘盐监测方案》进行分层抽样。盐样数量:碘盐加工和分装批发企业360份;居民户3744;小学生家5243份。食盐碘含量检验按GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定,判定标准执行GB5461-2000标准。结果2007年监测结果:加工和分装批发部门合格率100%;居民户监测碘盐合格率99.05%,合格碘盐食用率97.38%、非碘盐率1.68%;小学生家碘盐合格率99.38%,合格碘盐食用率98.21%、非碘盐率1.18%。2005~2007年碘盐合格率波动在99.05%~99.97%之间;2007年非碘盐多达125份,占65.10%,明显高于前两年,差异非常显著(P<0.005)。结论沈阳市食盐碘含量水平监测中抽检企业全部为合格碘盐,居民户和小学生家碘盐合格率达到GB16006-1995碘缺乏病消除标准(碘盐合格率>90%),高于全国碘盐合格率水平,普及碘盐在防治和消除碘缺乏病工作中取得了持续有效的成果。
Objective To master the dynamic change of the content of iodized edible salt in Shenyang City, and to provide evidence to prevent from iodine deficiency. Methods Salt sample was selected from iodized salt manufactory cooperation (n=360), households (n=3744), pupils' home (n=5343), using stratified sampling method according to the National Iodized Salt Surveillance Plan. All the samples were tested according to direct titration of GB/T 13025.7- 1999, and judged according to GB 5461- 2000. Results 100% of iodized salt from manufactory and wholesale departments were qualified, qualified rate of monitored iodized salt from households was 99.05%, consuming rate of qualified iodized salt among households was 97.38%, and 1.68% of edible salt was un- iodized; Qualified rate of edible salt from pupils' home was 99.38%,consuming rate of qualified iodized salt among pupils' home was 97.38%, and 1.18% of edible salt was un- iodized; Qualified rate of edible salt from 2005 to 2007 was between 97.38% and 99.95%, 363 samples were not up to standard, and 47.66% of which were not iodized. There was 125 un- iodized salt in 2007, higher than the former two years(P<0.005). Conclusion Among all samples of iodized salt selected in Shenyang, iodized salt from manufactory and wholesale departments were all qualified, and the qualified rates for households and pupil's home were meeting the criterion of GB16006- 1995 for elimination of iodine deficiency ( qualified rate >90%), and the iodine content in edible salt was higher than that of the whole country, indicating that Shenyang' s strategy of continuously popularizing iodized salt has gained effective achievements to eliminate and prevent from iodine deficiency.
