开展企业职工艾滋病防治健康教育干预的评价

Evaluation on AIDS education activities among workers in Liaocheng’s enterprises

目的了解聊城市企业职工对艾滋病知识的掌握情况,探索在企业中开展艾滋病防治知识的健康教育模式。方法对3家市直企业的3006名职工采用现场授课、放科教片、咨询、发放宣传材料、办宣传栏等多种方式对艾滋病防治知识进行宣传教育,健康教育干预前后分别进行问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果企业职工对艾滋病的传播途径知晓率较高,干预前均高于75%。对艾滋病非传播途径、非预防方法和某些艾滋病基础知识知晓率偏低。通过艾滋病防治知识健康教育干预后,企业职工对艾滋病知识的知晓率明显提高(P<0.01)。同时对艾滋病病人和病毒感染者的态度有明显改变(P<0.01),干预前后比较差异有显著性。结论现场培训、放科教片及发放宣传材料等综合干预手段是行之有效的艾滋病健康教育模式。

objective To understand the knowledge about AIDS prevention among workers in enterprises in Liaocheng and to seek an appropriate model of health education for these workers. Methods The face to face teaching methods were used to 3 006 workers of the three enterprises. The questionnaire about KAP to AIDS were asked before and after the intervention to evaluate the effect of health education. Results The level of awareness of transmission via sex and blood and mother-child-transmission is rather high, while they know little about whether AIDS can spread via mosquito ,shake hands joint use of mess kits and social kissing. The level of awareness became significandy higher through health education and their attitude towards AIDS patients changed remarkably. Conclusion Health education at workplace and distribution of information have been proven to be an effective and appropriate model of heahh education about AIDS prevention among enterprise staff.
