On the basis of an elaboration on coal mine safety education and training in state-owned coal mines,this paper points out that an innovative training combined with optimized model can guarantee the effectiveness of the training on the basis of rationalized goal of mine safety education and training.This helps improve the overall quality of manpower and formulate a long-lasting work safety mechanism and finally promote the sustainable development of the said coal mines.
