提高地震编目精度的探讨

Discussion on Improving Accuracy of Earthquake Catalogue

分析了目前地震编目中存在的问题及产生的原因，根据地震目录的种类、性质等，提出了提高地震编目精度的措施，即应统一规范、统一标定量规、选取布局合理的台站，使用多种方法和区域走时表、加台基校正值计算震级等。指出，只有提高编目的精度才能使使用者从地震目录中获得丰富的信息。

The problems and its causes in the editing work of the earthquake catalogue at present are analyzed,the measures on improving accuracy of the earthquake catalogue are proposed on the basis of the nature and kind of the earthquake catalogue,it is necessary that the standard and the calibration gage should unify,the stations should select rationally,the magnitude calculation should add correction value ,and the varied methods and the regional travel time table should be used.It is pointed out that only if the accuracy of the earthquake catalogue improves,the user obtaines more rich informations from the earthquake catalogue.
