φ5m×15m闭路水泥磨系统工艺设计及生产调试

摘要 沙特纳杰兰水泥公司6000t/d熟料生产线配两台Φ5m×15m闭路水泥磨系统,设计能力为160t/h。文章全面俱到介绍了该闭路水泥磨系统工艺流程、主要设备性能参数和磨内装置配置特点;重点对调试期间出现的成品细度偏粗、产量偏低和性能考核前出现的低产运行情况,进行具体原因分析和针对性措施介绍;同时简要介绍了系统工艺设计中的一些不足及其处理措施。这两套水泥磨粉磨系统目前均已顺利通过72h的性能考核测试,其中:平均台时产量分别为164t/h (~#1磨)和160t/h(~#2磨);比表面积为320~330m^2/kg;出磨水泥温度约70℃,均达到并超过设计指标。 6 000 t/d clinker production line of Saudi Arabia Najeenan Cement Company was equipped two closed circuit φ5 m×15 m cement mill systems and the design capacity is 160t/h. The paper introduced roundly the process, parameters and allocation, and anaysed why the product‘ s particle size was a little large and the output was low as well as the measures, and at the same time, in- troduced in brief the design deficiencies. At present the two systems has passed the 72 h test as the output of the No.1 mill is 164 t/h and that of the No.2 is 160t/h, the specific surface of the product is 320-330 m2/kg and the temperature of the cement coming out of the mill is 70℃, all of which reached or exceed the design index.
