EXPLORATION PHILOSOPHY AND THE POLICY OF PROSPECTING AND EXPLOITING FOR OIL AND GAS

油气矿产资源是自然界的一种客观存在，它的形成与分布具有一定规律性。坚持勘查哲学的基本原理与思维方式，运用唯物主义、辩证法的方法论和认识论，充分发挥主体在油气矿产勘查中的主观能动性，正确处理富油气区与贫油气区的关系，探索松南油气新区带、新领域。

Oil-gas resources existed objectively in the nature. It is regular in formation and distribution. We should insist on the fundamentals of exploration philosophy and its way of thinking,and give full play to the subjective initiative of main part in prospecting for oil and gas ,by applying materialism, dialectical methodology and epistemology. Meanwhile,we should deal correctly with the relation between the regions with rich oil and gas and the regions with poor oil and gas ,prospecting new regions and fields for oil and gas resources in Songnan.
