摘要
为了从宏观上把握南海北部海洋鱼类的石油污染概况,在有关研究的基础上,分析了南海北部海洋鱼类石油烃的频率分布和区域分布特征。分析表明:石油烃的检出率为100%,石油烃含量的频率特性表现为F分布,其中近90%的鱼类石油烃含量为l-15pg·g-'(干重);被研究的5个海区中,广州湾海洋鱼类的石油烃含量明显高于北部湾(尸<0.05)和红海湾(p<0.05),该3个海区和珠江口的石油烃含量明显高于台湾浅滩(尸<0.01),其余的两两之间没有统计学差异(p>0.05)。
in order to understand the petroleum contamination of marine fishes inthe northern South China Sea macroscopically, the characteristics of frequency andregional distribution of petroleum hydrocarbon in the fishes from the northern SouthChina Sea are analyzed on the basis of the relative studies. The results show that allfish samples contain petroleum hydrocarbons, about 90% of them have contents ofPetroleum hydrocarbons from 1 to 15 mg·kg-1 (dry weight). The samples from theGuangzhou Bay contain more than those from the Beibu Gulf (p<0.05) and theHonghai Bay (p<0.05), and those from the Zhujiang hiver Estuary and the threebays mentioned above more than those from the Taiwan Bank (p<0.01). No statisticdifferences (p>0.05) have been found between the rest pairs.
