伴随着我国现代化进程的推进和社会转型的加速,利益分化和利益矛盾日益突出,这在客观上要求政治整合主体整合能力的提升,而这一要求的实现又依赖于政治整合方式的健全与完善。本文首先阐述了政治整合理论以及对我国政治整合方式进行重新思考的必要性,继而通过对刚性整合和柔性整合的分析,提出了完善我国政治整合方式的新措施。
