老型内燃机车柴油机“三滤”维护与保养

On Maintenance of Three Filters in the Diesel Engine for Older Diesel Locomotives

结合企业用老型内燃机车柴油机"三滤"的实际使用情况,针对工矿企业内燃机车作业区环境恶劣,以及柴油机"三滤"维护保养困难等问题,提出了改进措施。不仅提高柴油机"三滤"的过滤质量,延长柴油机的使用寿命,减少机车故障,降低成本,节约了机车的检修费用,缩短了机车的库停时间,也提高了机车的运用率,为运输保产提供保证。

Considering the adverse circumstances in the operation area of industrial diesel locomotives and the difficult maintenance of the three filters, the paper suggests the improvement measures. As a result, we not only improve the three filters, prolong the service life of diesel engines, reduce faults of locomotives and cost, save the maintenance cost of locomotives, but also improve the rate of locomotive utilization and transportation efficiency.
