新建地方本科院校的历史使命、办学资源所决定的办学定位,是确定高素质应用型人才培养目标的基本依据,而实现这个专业人才培养目标的根本途径就是构建专业实践教学体系,加强实践教学,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。
It is the essential basis of fostering object for high quality talents to determine the school running orientation by the history mission of local new regular institutes and education resource, and it is the essential way for realizing the fostering object to establish the teaching system of specialist practice, improve the practice teaching and train the innovative spirit and the practice ability.
