摘要
用电积方法直接提取氰化液中金,是根据溶液中金氰络阴离子Au(CN)-2的沉积原理,在直流电场作用下,使金在阴极上析出。江西金山金矿山多年采用电积法提金新工艺,简化了工艺流程,提高了金的总回收率,减低了金成本30%~38%。该提金工艺值得金矿山推广应用。
Direct electrodeposition extracting of gold from cyanidized liquid is based upon the deposition of gold-cyanide complex Au(CN)_2^- in the solution,and makes gold depositing at the cathode under direct electric field.This new technique has been accepted by Jinshan Gold Mine for many years,which simplified the technique process and increased the total recovery of gold,and decreased the unit gold cost by 30%-38%. It is worth wider extending and application in other gold mines.
