慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻腔黏膜中IL-1、IL-8的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1),白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者鼻腔黏膜中的表达与发病的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法对45例鼻内镜手术并资料完整的患者鼻腔黏膜中IL-1,IL-8进行检测,以12例单纯行鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术患者为对照组。结果(1)与对照组比较,慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉组织中IL-1、IL-8的表达显著高于对照组。(2)IL-1、IL-8在II、III型慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉组织中表达明显高于I型组,P<0.05。(3)IL-1、IL-8在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉中的表达正相关,P<0.01。结论IL-1、IL-8可能与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉发病有关;IL-1、IL-8高表达与组织炎症程度有关;IL-1与IL-8在炎症反应中可能起协同作用。

Objective To study the expression of interleukin-1（IL-1）,interleukin-8（IL-8）in the nasal mucosa and its significance.Methods 45 cases of chronic nasa-sinusitis and nasal polyp（CRSwNP）were treated with immunohistochemical methods.The 12 cases of the control group were patients with nasal septum trip.Results ①Compared with the control group,the expression of IL-1,IL-8 in the experimental gronp were increased significantly.②the expression of IL-1,IL-8 in the type II,III patients with chronic sinustis and nasal polyp was significantly higher than that of group I,（P〈0.05）.③ IL-1,IL-8 was positive correlation（P〈0.01）.Conclusion IL-1,IL-8 may be related to chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp;the high expression of IL-1,IL-8 has relations with degree of inflammation;IL-1 and IL-8 play the cooperative role in the chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp develoment.
